Can't call a case if no one on either side shows up and there is no proof of service

Tom Leydecker filed a petition, which I assume is for for a civil restraining order against alleged rapist Timothy Miller-Roberts.  A hearing was scheduled on June 7 before Judge Kelly Neel. The hearing was scheduled for 1:30, the case was called at 1:42.

There were no appearances. There was no proof of service. The matter was dismissed without prejudice by Judge Neel, "in case there were problems logging in."

In his criminal case, Miller-Roberts was held to answer on all charges. Leydecker is connected to one of the juveniles in the case but it is not the alleged victim.
