After the Budget Motel closed, tons of money was spent into converting it to the Humboldt Inn, the property is fenced off with crews working.
Sent these two questions to City of Eureka Manager Miles Slattery and City of Eureka's Public Works Director Brian Gerving.
Where are all the people who were housed there? Why the fence?
"Danco is making upgrades and additions. I believe they have moved tenants around to accommodate the renovations/additions, but I’m not sure," said Miles.
