Christina Mills is on the must go list for April 13. As of 1:45 p.m. the District Attorney had not filed anything. Mills will be released from custody because she will not be arraigned today.
I followed up with District Attorney Maggie Fleming and Assistant Deputy DA Stacey Eads.
"We learned that law enforcement obtained additional evidence that we have not yet received; we will make a charging decision after receiving and reviewing the additional information;" said DA Fleming.
Mills court cases in the local court system are listed below and include a 2016 drug offense case and a 2015 property offense case.
