Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis disqualified from yet another case

Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis was disqualified from yet another case and yet again by Mr. Zach Curtis.

His courtroom has been closed all week whenever I have been in the courthouse. There is no calendar today. We are not allowed to record or take photos on the second floor. You can of court proceedings with permission from a Judge. Outside a court is not a proceeding. There should be exceptions such as a person's safety which is an issue on that floor for staff and jurors.

The same Judges have been working all week. Most of the week, many courtrooms, including Monday and Tuesday were closed. I know some of the reasons and have written about it before. No point because there will be no change until we have a new Presiding Judge and not Judge Joyce Hinrichs again who had that position for too long and there are certain changes in court administration.

How much are we getting in exchange of the $260,000 Judge Elvine-Kreis is supposedly making currently?

I reported previously that Judge Elvine-Kreis was disqualified from the Gearold Sotolongo case by Mr. Curtis. Judge Hinrichs was assigned by court order to that case for all purposes on 4/14.
