Yes, Rocky, "this story is a broken record"

Rocky, had you used insanity instead of hoopla, your comment would be perfect. Excitement is not a word anyone associates with BOS meetings, agenda or the County.

I think the California Fair Political Practices Commission should first tell us what is going on with the ruling Second District Michelle Bushnell was supposedly waiting on, look into any alleged conflicts of interest from all five Board of Supervisors and all the friends and family hired by the County for the past 20 years.

The Office of the State of California Attorney General and the State of California Department of Justice should look into all the lawsuits filed, especially by inmates, and former employees against the the County and the Board of Supervisors. Both these state agencies should also ask why DHHS did not follow up on a complaint about alleged food stamp fraud and Humboldt motel owners. While investigating the Auditor Controller, they should ask why Rex Bohn refuses to name his gentleman friends and the invoice he intervened about because that money belongs to the taxpayers and ask HCSO why submitting timesheets is a problem.

When and if these three agencies do all that, then these agencies can look into the Auditor Controller Karen Paz Dominguez and her office.

"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." There is debate that the quote was ever said by Albert Einstein.

What is not in question is the BOS' and Lost Coast Outpost doing the same thing over and over again because they have not achieved the result they so desperately want. There is plenty of other Humboldt news to report that impacts most people living in this rural county, including on this BOS agenda, but LOCO  keeps beating the dead horse and only reporting the Auditor Controller drama.

The way LOCO parrots the talking points by the BOS and County about the Auditor Controller on a regular basis, Sean Quincey, Christine Messinger better watch out for their PR/communication jobs.

LOCO readers are leaving in droves and have been for a while. The few left think the Titanic isn't sinking. It isn't the number of readers or comments that matters. It matters who is reading and who is commenting.

Some people who support Paz Dominguez thinking they are helping Paz Dominguez need to step back. One being  local attorney Eric Kirk.

No one reads Eric's blog except crazy HOJ and Mitch Trachtenberg (what does Mitch do these days?) and Jon Yalcinkaya (does he still work for the County? DHHS?) both of them no one has paid attention to for years.

Despite the fact, that LOCO attacks Paz Dominguez on a regular basis, Eric like an abuse victim praises the perpetrator. Eric isn't the only one guilty of that, Mitch and others do the same.

Eric and Mitch and some on the left are petty not to acknowledge a few others who are actually making a difference getting vital information and balanced information out about this obvious attack from the Humboldt Connected on Dominguez.

Eric , stop being a bootlicker. If you want to help Karen, stay quiet. You already screwed things up for Kim Bergel in the Cornelius Loewenstein  lawsuit.
