Anyone can file a lawsuit. Is there merit to Cole Hess suing Deputy Nathan Cumbow and Humboldt County Sheriff's Office in a civil unlimited auto tort case? I have listed all of Hess' Humboldt Superior Court cases.
I am going to wait and see if there is a settlement and for more filings.
Cumbow made headlines in 2017 as one of the deputies involved in the George Robbins shooting.

12/22 : CMC continued to 3/6/23 , continued again to 7/10/23; CMC on 10/9/23.
11/22/24 Readiness Conference rescheduled to 11/22/24; jury trial 12/2/24.
