Starbucks on 5th street in Eureka is closed with no information on why or when it will reopen

 

Went by there at 11:30  today. No crew in there. No answer on the phone. Sign does not indicate why or when it will reopen.

While I was there, another lady pulled up in her car. I saved her the trip to the door. 

Was it robbed? Computers down? Equipment failure? Plumbing issues? Even if the reason can't be stated, at least some indication if it is closed for the day would be helpful. This was on a Saturday when many people in town. According to a comment on the Words Worth Facebook page, the corporate office had no idea why the store was closed.

5/1/22: Called and stopped by today. They are open drive thru only until 2:30. Sign says store is temporarily closed.  5/2: Drive thru only with different hours posted until Wednesday. 5/5: The hours keep changing and they have no idea when the lobby will reopen.
