John Nicklas resolved his case at trial confirmation today with informal diversion. There is a review hearing regarding anger management on 10/26 and 1 year diversion hearing date on 4/26/23.
Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke is Nicklas' attorney. Deputy District Attorney Ian Harris is the prosecutor.
10/26: At the review hearing bail bond was exonerated and completion of anger management sessions provided.
4/26/23: Case dismissed.
