Torin's face when he realizes contempt of court results in an arrest even if he got released later on O.R.

Torin Eskil Nergaard Hewson was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 166 (a)(4), contempt of court. It is a misdemeanor charge and he was released on O.R.

Hewson has an arraignment date in May to be arraigned on two cases in the system. Charges in those cases include DUI, hit and run and aggravated tresspass.  Hewson had a bench warrant for failure to appear.

Contempt of court can include anything from being excessively noisy during a court hearing, refusing to be sworn in as a witness without a legal exemption or refusing to comply with a request from a judge. In most instances, it is when someone intentionally violates a court order.

Torin, unless you violated a court order, it takes a lot to piss off a Humboldt Judge and get arrested for contempt of court. Drop the Humboldt attitude   because bailiffs and jail staff are busy and don't have time to babysit you.
