David Moon aka "Lost Coast Bandit"'s preliminary hearing was already continued once again due to discovery. On 4/28, same reason by defense and the preliminary hearing was continued to 5/16/22.
Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal and Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Meagan O'Connell appeared on the case.
In March, the People had said there are eight witnesses; all officers. Time estimate is 3 hours.
