Teng Xiong arrested for assault, criminal threats and domestic violence

Teng Xiong was arrested by Rio Dell Police Department for PC 245(a)(1) assault with a deadly weapon, PC 422 criminal threats, and PC 273.5 (a), corporal injury to spouse/cohabitant. Xiong posted bail and is out of custody.
