Today, there was a yet another hearing on the demurrer in the lawsuit filed by NorthCoast Environmental Center, Citizens for a Sustainable Humboldt, Redwood Region Audubon Society and Mary Gaterud against the County of Humboldt, Humboldt County Board of Supervisors and Rolling Meadown Ranch LLC.
Retired Judge Barry P. Goode has been assigned to the case. He was a former judge at Contra Costa Superior Court.
A year later not much happening in the lawsuit against the County and Rolling Meadown Ranch LLC besides amended complaints and a demurrer. A case management conference has been scheduled for 7/27/22.
Minutes weren't up yet and I will add them later. Here are all the lawyers and two exhibits from the notice of certification and cerification of administrative record of proceedings. The notice is 59 pages.
I just happened to notice that Janssen and Malloy get those out of town lawyer gigs. Their staff do filings for the Larson Law Firm in the Ray Christie case. They are local counsel for the petitioners in this lawsuit.
