Mike Wilson a seat warmer? Madrone a coward? And does Mark Lovelace like attacking women?

Former Humboldt Third District Supervisor Mark Lovelace who made the headlines in 2013 striking/slapping fellow Supervisor Virginia Bass has recently made it his mission to campaign and aggressively attack Humboldt Auditor Controller Karen Paz Dominguez. He is very active on Facebook getting confrontational with anyone supporting or saying anything positive about Paz Dominguez.

Does anyone else find it odd that Lovelace who had no love for Bass or Rex Bohn in the past is now all chummy with them? Ask yourself why? Why does Lovelace want Paz Dominguez replaced by a candidate being backed by Rex, HCSO, DHHS? Lovelace is a former County Supervisor, what is at stake for him?

During the last month and daily since last week, I have been talking to voters. People who vote regularly. People who read a variety of sources. Supporters and endorsers like Rex and candidates like Steve Madrone better not take anything for granted. Voters are asking me very specific questions about candidates. People are paying attention. That is good, regardless of what the outcome of the election maybe for any candidate.

Will all the votes on June 7, 2022 be along party lines or will there be some twists?

The screenshots in this post are just one of the many dialogues about the local election. This post just happens to address the Auditor Controller and the Michelle Bushnell incident.

Dan, I agree with some of your points in the screenshot below. Mike Wilson and Madrone are cowards. I said the same thing in one of my posts. Some of what you said is very similar to what I have been saying about the County, leadership and Auditor Controller brouhaha. We would probably have a great conversation over coffee if we can respectfully disagree about some candidates and  political views.

Dan, LOCO shouldn't be your sole source for anything. You and others would save a lot of time getting more and complete information by reading a variety of local media.
