Evan Needham arrested for vandalism and public intoxication

Evan Gregory Needham was arrested by HCSO early a.m. today for PC 647 (f) public intoxication and PC 594 (b)(2)(a) vandalism.

Needham is still in the sobering cell and there is no booking photo yet. When he sobers up, they will take one before he is released and I will add it to the post. Also HCSO booking system/photos are offline. 3:25 System back online. Still no booking photo. HCSO PIO sent me the booking photo on 4/18.
