David Moon aka "Lost Coast Bandit" was going to hire private counsel. On Match 3, Conflict Counsel was appointed to represent him. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for 3/22. There are eight witnesses; all officers. Time estimate is 3 hours.
3/22: He has two cases. Preliminary hearing was continued to 4/28. Oral motion by defense to continue granted. Defense needs audio/discovery.
