The final list of candidates for the upcoming Humboldt election will be released shortly. It was at 5:12 p.m. Rest of it posted below.
I did two posts yesterday and am focusing on 4 races. Michael Acosta qualified as a candidate for DA.
Mychal Evenson is still on the ballot as a candidate for Auditor-Controller so I checked with the Elections Office."As it stands right now, Mychal Evenson will be on the June 7th ballot," said Juan Cervantes, Elections Specialist for the Humboldt Elections Office.
Money talks but votes matter more. There are plenty of candidates funded by the good ole boys and gals in this June 7 election; both from the political left and right establishment. There are other decent candidates.
Want change, then use your power and vote. Or live with the status quo.
