THIS IS A TEST of the Humboldt Alert System. Between 11 AM and 12 PM today the National Weather Service will TEST the Tsunami Alert System. This TEST may include coastal sirens, radio and television communications, and Civil Air Patrol broadcasts. THIS IS ONLY A TEST
