"District Attorney Fleming is a disgrace for allowing this heartless killer to walk our streets . Rest assured, he'll kill someone else"

Timothy Lee Frosch was arrested by Arcata Police Department for PC 273.6(a) on March 9.

I initially received an email from a concerned reader on February 10. I heard from the same reader today. While I am not using his name, he has given me permission to share his remarks. 

Email #1 (2/10):

Greetings Mr Chiv, 

"I’m a longtime reader of your court blog

I can rely on you to get those details the other bloggers cannot. I'm also that many people in legal community also follow your posts as well.. Last November This lady in the story was beaten savagely by her live in boyfriend Timothy Lee Frosch Jr."

"Shortly thereafter she fell into coma and subsequently died from brain hemmorage.  Despite the fact that he has extensive criminal record  and  he's violently abused women in several states , her assailant  Timothy Lee Frosch served only a miniscule six week  jail term . He's out now harassing honest citizens,  running his mouth acting totally unconcerned and unrepentant about this women he killed.  District Attorney Fleming is a disgrace for allowing this heartless killer to walk our streets . Rest assured,  he'll kill someone else , it's only matter of time The other DA candidates need to address  it as well. Timothy Lee Frosch Jr should be a poster boy for the failure of our local justice system.  I'm happy to provide additional background if you need.  Thanks for your consideration,  hope to hear from you soon."

My response (2/10):

Appreciate your readership. It is sad what happened to Lisa and so many other women. I wish you had contacted me when the court case was going on. You can certainly ask any of the DA candidates this question.

"Domestic violence happens way too much. I have addressed this issue on my blog. California laws and legislators are the ones you should be holding accountable for Frosch walking the streets."

Email #2 (2/10):

Thanks John , I know it's too late to help Lisa but I wanted to put the name Timothy Lee Frosch Jr on your radar. This isn't even the first suspicious death of a girlfriend to which he's been linked He's currently harassing and terrorizing one of his other Humboldt victims in blatant violation of a criminal protective order. He'll probably get hauled in for something pretty soon,  hopefully it doesn't involve serious injury or death to someone else.  This character ,IMO, is vastly more dangerous than most of the hapless schmucks i see on your blog,  a clear menace to the community.  If he pops up on arrest blotter I would respectfully request that he be given the infamy he richly deserves.  Thanks.."

Email #3 (today):

"Dear Mr Chiv ,

I’m getting back to you about earlier matter we had discussed. Timothy Frosch has finally been arrested. This is the person who I and many others believe beat his girlfriend to death in domestic violence incident  after breaking into a woman’s home , beat her up trashed  the  house held her hostage for entire ,sexually  assaulted  . Threatened  to kill her repeatedly stole personal items . He’s  also been harassing and threatening numerous people for weeks However when the arrest report comes out it shows him with ONE misdemeanor charge. I would like someone in our so called “ justice system “ to explain why such lenient treatment for someone who is such clear menace to society .  This guy is basically a rapist and a killer IMO but he’ll be back on the street doing his thing in a few days at the most…"

Email #4 (today):

"That he’s only being charged with not listening to the Judge and not the other plethora of  serious crimes  are ignored shows me that the justice system here in Humboldt is completely arrogant and remote and only cares about itself."

Email #5 (today):

"To answer your question. yes I do have vendetta this person, but only because he  viciously hurt my friends , threatened my family and threatened me. He’s also a violent , dangerous crook who deserves to be locked up for a long time . So it’s in everyone’s interest that he goes down for long time.."

I looked up Frosch's cases in the local court system. I have reported on Frosch's arrest and included his court records.

The reader's remarks are his opinions and feelings

I don't have the time to go into each case and each tab.  However, the local court records included in this post indicate a repeat offender charged with serious violent cases and dismissals and the reader's concerns and questions are valid.
