On March 23, Gary Cudney had trial confirmation. Jury trial was confirmed for April 4 unless resolution is reached or motion to continue made at intervention. Cudney is the suspect in Dirty Dave's death.
On March 24, there was an intervention. Further intervention was scheduled for 3/30.
Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward is the prosecutor for this case. Mr. Manny Daskal is Cudney's attorney.
3/30: At intervention hearing, trial assignment for 4/1 and jury trial for 4/4 vacated. Trial confirmation resecheduled for 7/12; jury trial on 7/18.
6/21: Defense filed a request to continue. Defense has 4 experts. July dates vacated. Trial confirmation rescheduled for 8/15; jury trial for 8/29.
11/15: Intervention hearing held. Further intervention scheduled for 12/5.
