Rape of an intoxicated minor was his plea, what will his sentence be?

 


Timothy Miller Roberts was sentenced today. He entered a plea on January 12. Miller Roberts pleaded guilty to Count 1 with a Court guarantee of the mid term cap. Count 2 was dismissed. It was a conditional plea. Three years in prison with 385 days of custody credits.

Miller-Roberts was charged  with PC 261 (a) (3), rape of an intoxicated victim and PC 288 (c) (1) lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14. 

Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer took over the case from Deputy DA Whitney Timm.  Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Miller-Roberts' attorney.
