Tracy Joleen Williams was arrested by HCSO yesterday and according to the jail log, booked into the Humboldt jail for PC192(a) manslaughter and PC12022.5(a) personal use of a firearm during a felony.
The name was familiar so I reached out to HCSO PIO Samantha Karges. She told me, "Looks like there is no bail because she is already in CDCR custody and just back here for court for additional charges."
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo told me, "Ms. Williams is pending a petition for resentencing per SB 1437/775. She is not booked in on any new charges."
