This morning, at trial assignment, Joseph Hall entered a plea to false imprisonment and unlawfully touching intimate part of another. Hall will have to register as a sex offender. 180 cap for jail time.
The jury trial scheduled for March 14 was vacated. Sentencing is on 4/19. No arbuckle.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian is Hall's attorney.
