Thanks to DA Investigator Baxley for providing additional facts about Timothy Frosch

Today, Kyla Baxley, Chief Investigator at the Humboldt District Attorney's office, was kind enough to provide me some relevant and additional information about a post I did on March 11 about Timothy Frosch. I would like to thank Ms. Baxley for taking the time to respond.

"Good Morning John,

I was noticed of one of your recent posts from an anonymous person regarding Timothy Frosch.  For additional information, an investigation and autopsy was conducted in that case and the pathologist determined the cause of death was due to “natural causes.” Undoubtedly, it is a tragic scenario and very unfortunate that he continues to reoffend. We did charge Frosch in his most recent violation of a restraining order and he currently remains in custody. Please let the person who contacted you know we are available if they have any additional questions.

Respectfully,

Kyla Baxley"

I did a post on Frosch and in that post, I presented a reader's concerns and his opinion. If you read it, you know I presented court records which did validate his concerns. If you didn't read that post, you should read the email exchanges for weeks before I decide to do the Frosch the post and one in which he admitted he had a vendetta.

He reads my blog regularly. I am doing this post so the public had the information the DA's office shared.

As I told the reader before I did this post, the frustration he feels should be directed at California legislators. Yes, Judges and the District Attorney deserve feedback and to be held accountable but the California Governor and the soft on crime legislators in California and nationwide are the problem and root cause.
