Christina Renee Mills was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 273a (a), child endangerment. Bail is $55,000.
EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell told me that EPD responded to a call for service. "RP stated his neighbor drug his two year old juvenile out of the car into the residence."
I received around 9:32 a.m. from someone claiming to be Mills' husband. I already spoke to EPD about his message and threats.
There was probable cause for law enforcement for his wife's arrest and his response is to threaten me.
I am not posting all his messages. Ramos confirmed in a message the same information EPD told me. "She ppulled our son out the car. That's not a crime."
Hey Ramos, child endangerment is a serious crime. Like any other arrest, more information will come out or not at a preliminary hearing and if there is a trial. What family and friends of defendants or alleged victims think is not news nor facts. You don't get to decide if your wife committed a crime "bud." Ramos, maybe focus on your anger issue and your wife's behavior instead of misdirecting at me "bud."
Hopefully, the child is not with Ramos. When I have time, I will be checking further into your wife and your background. I already informed EPD of your message and you send me anymore threats, then I will file a formal report.
With any such post, where there is drama, usually the "friends" and others post and message harassing stuff because Facebook is a failure in proper safety protocols. And all of those will be documented and reported, if necessary.
