Pre trial and was scheduled on August 1 for murder suspect Antone Aubrey. It was continued, again, to September 4.
Deputy District Attorney Shelly Small said the DOJ toxicology report will not be ready until August 29. Mr. Russ Clanton said the doctor is working on a report for the defense.
