Aaron Hungerford thanked the Judge on his way out of court
Aaron Hungerford's trial confirmation for all three 2019 cases: his DUI case, his case for driving with a suspended license and exceeding speed limit as well as inflicting corporal injury to spouse/cohabitant and vandalism was continued by stipulation to August 8. It was continued again to August 15 at defense request.
Jury trial is scheduled for August 26. Hungerford was in court, as usual with the alleged victim and his girlfriend Jane Doe. Hungerford thanked Judge Timothy Canning on his way out.
Deputy Public Defender Jennie Stepanian appeared in court with Hungerford. Deputy District Attorney Stephen Pomeroy was present for the People.
