A day after convicted human trafficker David Anderson's preliminary hearing was confirmed, Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps filed a motion to continue. On August 22, that motion was granted.
Intervention is November 5. Preliminary hearing is December 9.
The prosecutor for the case is Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Time estimate is a full day.
