Former Humboldt County Building and Planning Department employee Patrick McTigue has been charged with 15 counts for his jury trial. His arraignment was continued to this morning for confirmation of counsel.
Mr. Neal Sanders confirmed he is McTigue's attorney and told Judge Kaleb Cockrum that he reserves the right to demurrer.
Time was waived. Trial confirmation is January 28; jury trial is February 10. Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm appeared in court for the People.
