(Brocious)
At the last court hearing, Ms. Jennifer Dixon was appointed for a limited purpose of looking into whether a motion can be filed for Craft to withdraw his plea for voluntary manslaughter.
The hearing for Christopher Craft aka Sterling to withdraw his plea is set for September 27 at 8:30 in Courtroom 5.
Craft was originally charged with the death of Brandon Brocious.
Ms. Christina Allbright is still Craft's lawyer.
Deputy District Attorney Jessica Watson and Brocious' family oppose Craft withdrawing his plea. The family has been at every single court hearing.
