Bench warrants recalled but Jacquelyn Bradley amended on new charges

Bench warrants totaling $110, 000 were held until today for Jacquelyn Bradley. She has three cases. One is for burglary after she was arrested for breaking into an EPD officer's house. Another case is a violation of probation. Today, Bradley was arraigned on a second amended petition to revoke her misdemeanor probation.
This morning Bradley was in court. Her attorney, Ms. Andrea Sullivan, told Retired Judge John Feeney that Bradley does not have a driver's license and two of her transportation arrangements fell through for the last court hearing. Bench warrants were recalled.

Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 26 on the burglary case. The violation of probation will "trail."

Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler was present for the People.
