Further trial confirmation/intervention was scheduled for alleged molestor James Hearn this morning. The District Attorney had also filed a motion to amend the complaint. That motion was granted.
Hearn's case was continued to the intervention calendar this afternoon so Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm and Deputy Public Defender David Celli could meet with Judge John Feeney in chambers. "For now, next week's trial date remains set," said Judge Feeney.
