Trial confirmation was continued by stipulation to August 15 for Aaron Hungerford's three 2019 cases. People and defense cannot agree on a deal to resolve the case so jury trial scheduled for August 26 "remains set."
One is his DUI case, another case for driving with a suspended license and exceeding speed limit and the third for inflicting corporal injury to spouse/cohabitant and vandalism.
