Trial confirmation for alleged molestor James Hearn was scheduled this morning. Jury trial is currently scheduled for September 3 was confirmed but that could change.
Deputy Public Defender David Celli told retired Judge John Feeney that Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm conveyed an offer to resolve the case "late last Friday" and he needs to discuss that with Hearn.
"This case may warrant judicial intervention," Mr. Celli told Judge Feeney. A further trial confirmation/intervention was scheduled for August 28 before Judge Christopher Wilson.
