"75 opportunities the courts had to stop what was happening. 10 years of my life and my family’s life. Now we are in danger because of his release."
Sai Rose is a free man today, without having to post bail because he was not arraigned. I did reach out to District Attorney Maggie Fleming but she is out of the office to ask why and if he will be charged.
As I mentioned in my earlier posts, Rose has several cases. A Humboldt County Superior Court Judge filed a civil harassment against Rose today.
After my posts today, several people reached out to me, including two women who have a child with Rose. I am not identifying them by name or initials. I am familiar with their cases while researching Rose's court records today.
I asked them to share with you what they are comfortable with and this is one comment.
"I want to share with your readers what Sai Rose's release means to me and my family. The DA dropped charges on him for our family law case a few years back after holding it scheduled for trial for a year."
"Prosecutors told me that the result would have been his arrest if violated again. He did do it again and inflicted much trauma on our child."
"There was no arrest but I was able to get a restraining order out of it by the time it was said and done. The same restraining order this guy keeps appealing and trying to disqualify the judge for. "
If the DA did their job back then, maybe this would have not happened. Tomorrow this guy is in court to prove he is not a vexatious litigant. There are multiple people’s names on it as examples of what could be considered vexatious. I am on there 75 times. 75 opportunities the courts had to stop what was happening. 10 years of my life and my family’s life. Now we are in danger because of his release."
