Trial confirmation was scheduled on August 27 for Danny Waters. Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward asked Judge Lawrence Killoran that a further trial confirmation be scheduled "in hopes of a resolution." That date is September 4.
Jury trial is scheduled for September 9. Waters is charged with with attempted murder, criminal threats and assault on his own family members.
Deputy Public Defender Brie Bennett is Waters' attorney. She was at a training today and Deputy DA Luke Brownfield was present in court with Waters.
