Status of discovery was scheduled for murder suspect Daniella Moore on August 7. On that day, future dates "remained set." At intervention on August 14, the preliminary hearing scheduled for August 23 "remains set" but court minutes say motion to continue "forthcoming." No indication who is filing that motion. Time estimate is two hours.
8/21 update: Motion to continue granted. Setting of preliminary hearing September 26.
