Intervention was scheduled this afternoon for former insurance agent John Ford who was in court today. Ford waived his right to a preliminary hearing. The People also waived their right to a preliminary hearing.
Arraignment is September 9. Ford is represented by Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo. Deputy District Attorney David Moutrie was present for the People.
