DA withdraws motion to continue preliminary hearing for woman who allegedly broke into an EPD officer's house

The District Attorney filed a motion to continue the preliminary hearing for all three of Jacquelyn Bradley's cases on August 13. Two are 2019 cases; one from 2018. That matter was taken off calendar. Next court date of 8/20 remains as scheduled.

One case includes charges of providing false information to an officer and driving on a suspended license; the other is a DUI case and the most recent arrest is for burglary when she broke into an EPD officer's house. After Bradley was arrested on a bench warrant for one case and released from jail, she was arrested the same day for allegedly breaking into an EPD officer's house.
