Stayn aka Nicholas Hedrick was arraigned on 8/27. He is charged with one count of vandalism with damages totaling $3,875.
Deputy District Attorney Jessica Acosta was present for the People. Private attorney William Stein was there with Hedrick. Aladdin Bail Bonds is the company that posted Hedrick's bail. He has been out of custody. Time for both the 10 and 60 day requirement was waived.
Intervention is on November 6. Preliminary hearing is on November 13.
