Arrested for the same charge a week ago, released on OR and five days later back in custody



Albert Livingston Boone was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for HS11370.1(a), possession of a controlled substance while armed with a firearm.

Arrested for the same charge on 8/21. Released on OR on 8/23.

    11370.1 H & S is possession of a controlled substance while armed with a firearm; it is a much more serious charge than simple possession.
