Patrick Michael Marshall booked on Ramey warrant for rape

Patrick Michael Marshall was booked into jail yesterday after he turned himself in on a Ramey warrant for PC 261(a) (1), rape "where a person is incapable, because of a mental disorder or developmental or physical disability, of giving legal consent, and this is known or reasonably should be known to the person committing the act." Booking photo has been requested.

He being held on no bail bond status. There was  on arresting agency listed on the jail log but the Ramey warrant was requested by the Fortuna Police Department.

The Ramey warrant was signed by Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis. Count 1 and 2 are PC 261 (a) 1,rape-incapable of giving consent. Count 3 PC 288.2 (a) (1) distributing lewd material to a minor. Count 4 PC 261.5 (a), unlawful sexual intercourse.
