Alicia Rose, the female subject in a restraining order filed against her by murder suspect Brian Leiteritz, did not show up for court this morning.
She filed for a dismissal. Private attorney Cyndy Day Wilson was here on behalf of Leiteritz with Leiteritz's family and supporters. North Coast Legal Support LLC that served the restraining order on Rose was in court.
Since Rose was not present and she did not serve paperwork on the other party, the matter was dropped from calendar.
Rose showed up late and requested the case be re-calendared. This isn't the first time she has showed up late for court.
