Trial confirmation was scheduled for murder suspect Zachary Harrison this morning. Jury trial is scheduled for September 16. Victim is Robert James Holtsclaw.
Deputy Public Defender Brie Bennett confirmed the jury trial date. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees appeared in court for the People. A further trial confirmation was scheduled for September 5 since this is Deputy District Attorney A.J. Kamada's case and he is out of the office today .
