Pre trial for alleged molestor Chad Smith was scheduled on August 14. Another hearing is scheduled for September 12. A counter offer was made in the case by the defense to the People.
Trial confirmation is on 11/8/19; jury trial is scheduled for 11/18/19.
Defense had filed a subpoena in the Chad Smith case requesting information from the Department of Motor Vehicles. Smith's attorney is Ms. Andrea Sullivan.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for this case. This is Smith's third jury trial. A mistrial was declared for both previous jury trials.
