Intervention was scheduled for Sean Allman on August 7. Preliminary hearing scheduled for August 14 "remains set." Time estimate 4 hours.
Allman was arrested for threatening members of Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.
Allman has retained Mr. Okin as his attorney. The prosecutor on the case is Ms. Whitney Timm.
