Bench warrants totaling $110,00 issued for Jacquelyn Bradley who allegedly broke into a EPD officer's house

Jacquelyn Bradley's preliminary hearing was scheduled for August 20. She had three cases on calendar. Two are 2019 cases; one from 2018.

One case includes charges of providing false information to an officer and driving on a suspended license; the other is a DUI case and the most recent arrest is for burglary when she broke into an EPD officer's house. After Bradley was arrested on a bench warrant for one case and released from jail, she was arrested the same day for allegedly breaking into an EPD officer's house.

Bradley was a no show. Deputy District Attorney Jessica Acosta asked Retired Judge John Feeney to issue a bench warrant.

Bradley's attorney, Ms. Andrea Sullivan asked  that the bench warrants be held until Friday. Ms. Sullivan said that she had met with Bradley last week and texted her this morning. "I am not sure why she isn't here." Ms. Sullivan said that Bradley had been in touch with a rehab program and she had been in consistent communication with Ms. Sullivan.

Setting of preliminary is scheduled for August 23. Bench warrants in the amount of $100,000; $5,000 and $ 5,000 were issued.
