(Brocious)
Ms. Christina Allbright is still Christopher Craft's lawyer. Ms. Jennifer Dixon has been appointed for the limited purpose of looking into whether a motion can be filed for Craft to withdraw his plea for voluntary manslaughter.
Craft was originally charged with the death of Brandon Brocious. I did a more detailed post about this two days ago. Next court hearing is on September 6.
I spoke with Brocious' family members after court. While the continuances and delays are frustrating and healing is on hold, Brocious' stepfather commended Deputy District Attorney Jessica Watson for keeping them informed, for being the one bright light throughout this process and keeping her calm and dignity, even when they were upset.
