No bail for Daniella Moore

No bail for Daniella Moore was requested by District Attorney Maggie Fleming. Visiting Judge Marjorie Carter agreed that was appropriate in this case.

Judge Carter met with DA Maggie Fleming and Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin before arraignment to discuss three media requests. Despite objection from Mr. McLaughlin and the family, request for still photos at arraignment was granted. KAEF was chosen by other media in court today to take phptos and share with the pool.  Moore wiped tears in court.

Status of discovery is on August 7. Intervention is scheduled for August 14. Preliminary hearing is on August 23. Four hour time estimate as this time however "investigation is ongoing," said DA Fleming.

The victim's family was in court. I know several of them. One of them is my former co worker at CWS. EPD Detective Corrie Watson  was in court.
