Trial confirmation was scheduled for alleged molestor James Hearn this morning. Jury trial scheduled for July 22 was vacated at defense request.
Hearn withdrew his time waiver. Dates were reset. Trial confirmation is scheduled for August 19; jury trial for September 3.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for this case. Hearn's attorney is Deputy Public Defender David Celli.
