Last year he entered a plea, yesterday Brett Visser was arrested again

Brett Darrel Visser arrested on a warrant by HCSO yesterday for VC14601.2 (a), driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor. He was released on OR.

On February 20, 2018, after a plea, Visser was sentenced to three years probation as well as 300 hours of community service. Visser was allowed to cultivate marijuana in accordance with local and state regulations and proper permits.
